Our Return Policy
We’re so proud of the luxury mattresses we’ve crafted over the past three decades, and it’s uncommon for our customers to want to return them. However, if you find that your new mattress isn’t quite the right fit for you, we completely understand and offer a 100-day refund policy to make things easier.
We want to give you plenty of time to truly get to know your mattress! That’s why we ask you to test it out for at least 30 days. This allows for the mattress to decompress and lets you experience its comfort fully.
Our return policy provides for either a refund issued to original form of payment within 15 days of return approval or (2) providing a replacement mattress within 15 days of return approval.
