Our Return Policy

We’re so proud of the luxury mattresses we’ve crafted over the past three decades, and it’s uncommon for our customers to want to return them. However, if you find that your new mattress isn’t quite the right fit for you, we totally understand and offer a 100-day return policy to make things easier.

We want to give you plenty of time to truly get to know your mattress! That’s why we ask you to test it out for at least 30 days. This allows for the mattress to decompress and lets you experience its comfort fully.

How do I initiate a return?

If, after 30 days, you decide that you’d like to return your mattress, we’re here to help! Please send us an email with the following details:

- Your order number

- Your phone number

- A couple of pictures of your mattress as it is now

- A brief explanation of why you’re considering the return

A member of our Winndom team will guide you through the return process to ensure it's easy for you.

How are returns handled?

We partner with LoadUp© to manage mattress pick-up for you. They care about our planet and work hard to ensure that your mattress is either donated or recycled responsibly.

If your location is not serviced by LoadUp©, we will make every effort to assist you in arranging for the removal of your mattress from your home.

As soon as we confirm that your mattress has been collected, we’ll process your refund.

What products are covered by our refund policy? 

Your mattress is covered by our refund policy, so you can shop with confidence!

You can return our shippable foundations—just reach out to us to get started with that process.

Please note that adjustable base foundations aren’t covered by the refund policy, but they do come with their own warranty.

Please note that products with stains or damage are not eligible for refund.

Limitations & Warranty Claims

We kindly remind you that refunds are limited to two per household.

We genuinely care about the quality of our products, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. While these issues aren’t covered under our return policy, defective mattresses are eligible for replacement. Be sure to check your warranty card for more info!
