Warranty Information
Congratulations on your purchase of a Winndom Mattress manufactured by Custom Comfort by Winn LTD (“CCW”). Our custom mattresses and box springs are handcrafted in Hopewell, Virginia, using only the finest materials available. We are committed to providing you a superior product so you can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep.
We do not expect you to experience any defect with your mattress, however if you do, it is covered under the terms of our 10 year, non-prorated limited warranty. Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship for the first 10 years. This warranty will only apply if the mattress:
- Shows no sign of abuse
- Shows no sign of misuse
- Shows no sign of unsanitary conditions
- Contains no stains
Any defects in material or workmanship should be reported to the retail location where the product was purchased or to Custom Comfort by Winn, Ltd. if the product was purchased online. See our list of retailers.
The product will then either be repaired or replaced for the consumer at no cost with the exception of transportation fees.
Responsibility under this or any warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at CCW’s option) of the defective material or mattress. In no event and under no circumstances shall CCW be responsible under this limited warranty for any other damage, including any kind of incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. All other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and excluded.
