We believe in a truly custom sleep experience and we also believe our retail partners know their customers best. We work with each of our preferred retail partners to develop custom mattresses for each retail partner.

Two-Sided Mattresses
With proper care, our two-sided mattress that can up to double the lifespan of your mattress. You can find double sided mattresses at our retail partners.
Quilted Mattress Covers
Using high-quality fabrics, we cut our mattress covers to the exact specifications for both the top and bottom of the mattress. We use a pure cotton or synthetic blend called damask to add quality and durability to the mattresses. We also offer an organic cotton cover available at select retailers.
High quality Foams
The foams we use are the best available and made in the USA. Each foam used in a Winndom mattress has a high density and compression rating. This means that not only will you feel comfort and support, but they will last for years. Ranging from plush to extra firm, our retailer stores each develop their own line of mattresses to offer customized sleep system options.
Our factory direct shippable mattresses also feature the same industry leading foams as our in store sleep systems.
Coil Support
Our continuous-coil system is made with the heaviest gauge coil wire in the industry and offers support that will last a lifetime. This innerspring allows your muscles to relax in a more natural position and the coils instantly adjust to your sleep movements, comforting and supporting your body.
Pre-Stressed Springs
Pre-stressed springs keep the Winndom Mattress supportive throughout its life and help maintain its height. Edge guards, which are inserted around the entire mattress, prevent sagging at the edges and keep them firm. An insulator pad is added to add comfort and prevent the coils from 'pocketing.' This also allows for even weight distribution.
Custom Box Springs with a Lifetime Warranty
Each box spring is custom made by hand from Kiln Dried Yellow Pine. The wood is cut exactly to size for each mattress.
Our wood foundations provide a base-level support that is second to none. They are made from No. 2 kiln-dried pine, and are guaranteed to hold up for a lifetime.
